Globe Pattern Landing Valve
We offer a range of 65mm diameter 'low pressure' globe pattern landing valves with flanged connection comes in four different configurations namely Oblique, Right-Angle, Bib-Nose & Horizontal patterns.
The design and construction of the landing valve are strictly in accordance with BS5041 Part 1. The valves are suitable for both on-shore and off-shore fire protection applications.
Every landing valve manufactured is hydrostatically tested to 16.5 bars and 22.5 bars for the valve seat and body respectively.The internal casting finishes of every valve is of high quality ensuring a low flow restriction that meets the standard's water flow test requirement.The valve comes complete with standard black plastic plug and chain. Alternative plugs made or brass or gum-metal are also available on request.
2-way & 4-way inlet breeching valves
2-way & 4-way type breeching inlets are designed, constructed and manufactured in accordance with BS 5041: Part 3:1975.
The materials used in the manufacture of the breeching inlets are in confirmity to the standard's requirement. The body is casted from spheroidal graphite iron and the inlets are made of BS1400 LG2 gunmetal and copper alloy parts with bronze spring, stainless steel locknut, washer..etc.
 The internal part of the breeching inlet bodies are coated with 'black' epoxy cold tar paint which is a good anticorrossion protection.
The inlet blankcaps are rubber with chrome chain. Brass or gunmetal blankcaps are also available upon request.
The breeching inlets are individually hydrostatically tested on the body and inlets at 20 bars (approx. 300 PSI) and the non-return valves are tested to 1.7 bars (approx. 25 PSI) to ensure that no leaks are evident under such low pressure as required by the standard.
The Dry Riser Inlet/Outlet cabinets are manufactured from mild steel painted red epoxy finish. The cabinets can be manufactured in stainless steel at additional cost.

1) Full cabinet polyester powder coated to your colour specifications, all we need is a Ral or BS number.
2) Cabinets can be manufactured to your individual specifications and dimensions.
3) Cabinets can be manufactured to take fire brigade budget locks recommended on solid door version.
